Feeling that I loved this exceptionally comfortable hotel after staying for 1 night. The rooms were reasonably large and well laid out and the location was magnificent to supermarkets or along seafront to town centre. It was also adjacent to resturants and the rest of the island.

our recent stay in kirkwall exceeded expectations. the friendly proprietor made us feel valued and the clean, comfortable room had a modern ensuite bathroom. the breakfast was substantial and delicious. the separate entry allowed for easy coming and going. an overall excellent experience at this guesthouse.
